Directional film is a polymer material thin film mainly composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is processed by extrusion, compression molding, longitudinal and transverse stretching orientation, and heat setting technology. This membrane has high temperature resistance (-196 ℃ to 260 ℃), chemical corrosion resistance, high lubricity, and excellent dielectric properties [2] [5]. Its microstructure forms micropores through biaxial stretching, which can achieve waterproof and moisture permeable functions.
