Product Details
Teflon, whose full English name is polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTFE) with a molecular formula of —[CF₂=CF₂]—n, is a fully fluorinated crystalline thermoplastic. The resin is white in its natural color. It possesses excellent properties such as resistance to high and low temperatures, low friction and wear, chemical corrosion resistance, high electrical strength, non-stickiness, and weather resistance, along with good physical and mechanical properties. As a result, it is widely used in various industries. Teflon film finds application in the electronics industry, particularly in the flat panel display sector, where it is widely used as a consumable material. For instance, it is utilized in the manufacturing processes of TFT-LCD, COG, SMT, PDP, etc. Its mechanism of action is as follows: when an ACF-Bonding hot press is used to bond the driver IC to the glass using heat and pressure, the Teflon film can resist high temperatures and impact, preventing glass breakage caused by PCB step differences and particles.Related Products
